基于CiteSpace的国内护工研究现状

目的 了解国内护工相关研究作者合作、机构发文情况及研究热点,为今后研究者进行相关研究提供参考。方法 以中国知网为数据源,选用CiteSpace软件对近10年护工相关文献进行作者、机构、关键词分析。结果 护工研究已形成或大或小的研究团队,发文机构主要是高职院校,研究的热点主要集中在培训、管理、职业倦怠、手卫生等方面。结论 护工研究团队及机构合作需要加强,护工问题需要进一步解决,继而推动护工队伍的发展壮大。

Research status of nursing workers in China based on CiteSpace

Objective To explore authors' cooperation, publications of institutions and hotspots of research on nursing workers in China, so as to provide references for the future research. Methods The CiteSpace software was used to analyze the authors, institutions and keywords of the literature on nursing workers in recent ten years in CNKI. Results Large or small research teams have been formed in this field. The research institutions were mainly higher vocational colleges, with training, management, job burnout and hand hygiene as the hotpots. Conclusion The cooperation between the research team and institutions of nursing workers needs to be strengthened. Moreover, nursing worker-related problems need to be further solved so as to promote the development and expansion of the group.
