血必净注射液研究现状和热点的可视化分析

目的：分析血必净注射液的应用现状和研究热点，为血必净注射液在临床的合理应用提供参考依据。方法：检索中外文献数据库中的血必净注射液相关文献，运用BICOMB-2软件对文献资料进行提取和统计，并利用UCINET 6.0软件中的NetDraw 2.118进行社会网络分析，利用gCLUTO进行聚类分析。结果：最终纳入中文文献2 117篇，英文文献183篇；发文量最多的中英文杂志分别是《中国中西医结合急救杂志》和《Frontiers in Pharmacology》；通过血必净注射液的社会网络分析，得到该领域的研究热点为"脓毒症"、"炎症反应"、"新冠病毒感染"等；聚类分析结果显示了当前研究的六大主题：炎症反应抑制、凝血功能改善、器官功能保护、联合用药、安全性评价、新型冠状病毒性肺炎治疗。结论：血必净注射液的疗效确切，作用环节多样。近5年研究热度略有下降，但新型冠状病毒的流行使其重新成为中药复方制剂研究的热点，具有良好的临床应用前景。

Visual analysis of research status and hot spots of Xuebijing injection

OBJECTIVE To analyze status and research hotspots of Xuebijing injection and provide references for rational clinical application of Xuebijing injection.METHODS The literatures of Xuebijing injection were retrieved from Chinese and foreign databases and analyzed by BICOMB-2 software. Netdraw 2.118 in UCINET 6.0 software was utilized for social network analysis and gCLUTO for cluster analysis.RESULTS A total of 2 117 Chinese studies and 183 English researches were obtained. The most published Chinese and English journals were Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional & Western Medicine in Emergency and Frontiers in Pharmacology. Through the social network analysis of Xuebijing injection, research hotspots in this field included "sepsis", "inflammatory reaction" and "COVID-19". The results of cluster analysis revealed six major topics: inhibition of inflammatory response, improvement of coagulation function, protection of organ function, combination medication, safety evaluation and COVID-19 treatment.CONCLUSION Xuebijing injection has definite curative efficacies with various targets. A rising popularity of novel coronavirus has made it become a hot spot in the study of Chinese herbal compound preparations with brighter prospects of clinical applications.
