Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of high-temperature and high-intensity military training on serum biochemical indexes of soldiers. Methods Fifty-two soldiers who participated in 10 km long-distance running training were randomly chosen and the changes of their biochemical indexes before and after training were compared. Results (1)After training, the levels of Ca2+ and Na+ were significantly higher[(2.6±0.07) mmol/L vs. (2.5±0.06) mmol/L,(145.2±1.6) mmol/L vs. (141.9±5.5)mmol/L, P<0.01]while the levels of Mg+ and K1+ were significantly lower [(0.9±0.06) mmol/L vs. (1.0±0.07)mmol/L, (4.4±0.4) mmol/L vs. (5.0±0.4) mmol/L, P<0.01].(2)After training, AST was significantly higher[(20.7±6.6)μmol/L vs. (18.7±4.2)μmol/L,P<0.01]. ALT, GGT, ALP, TBIL and DBIL did not change significantly after training(P>0.05). (3)After training, the levels of Cr, UA and LAC were significantly higher [(74.1±11.2)μmol/L vs. (67.4±14.6)μmol/L,(426.4±77.3)μmol/L vs. (411.2±78.3)μmol/L,(7.4±0.6)μmol/L vs. (4.4±0.7)μmol/L,P<0.01]. (4) After training, LDH and CK significantly increased[(229.9±24.1)U/L vs. (188.3±31.2)U/L,(188.3±57.2)U/L vs. (149.6±58.8)U/L,P<0.01].Conclusions High-temperature and high-intensity training has an impact on the body of soldiers, but no organ damage occurs. Immediate supplementation of electrolytes after training is an effective measure to resume physical strength as soon as possible.
Keywords:high temperature and high intensity  military training  biochemical index
