摘    要:目的  探讨基于蓝墨云班课的翻转课堂在眼科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法  选取首都医科大学燕京医学院 2015 级临床医学5年制专业学生40人,其中20人采用传统教学法作为对照组;另外20人采用基于蓝墨云班课的翻转课堂教学法作为试验组。通过理论考试成绩和教学满意度问卷调查结果比较2组教学效果。结果  试验组的理论考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),而学生对教学过程满意度、学习效果自评满意度和学习动力、兴趣满意度得分均为试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  基于蓝墨云班课的翻转课堂教学法普遍受到学生的欢迎,且在提高学生学习成绩方面比传统课堂教学法更为有效。

Abstract:Objective  To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom based on Moso Tech in clinical probation teaching of ophthalmology. Methods  40 five-years program clinical undergraduates in Grade 2015 were selected from Yanjing Medical College in Capital Medical University.  Twenty undergraduates, as comparison group, were educated with traditional teaching methods, the other  as experimental group, with the teaching methods of flipped classroom based on Moso Tech. The teaching results were compared through theoretical examinations and teaching satisfaction questionnaires. Results  The scores of theoretical examination of the experimental group is higher than that of comparison group (P<0.05), also the performance students’ satisfaction with teaching process, self-evaluation of learning effect, learning motivation and interest of experimental group are all better than those of comparison group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).  Conclusion  The teaching method of flipped classroom based on Moso Tech is more popular among students and more effective in improving students’ academic performance in comparison with traditional teaching method.
