全国医疗机构中药人才现状及需求情况调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解全国各省市医疗机构对中药人才的需求现状,为增强专业建设提供科学依据。方法:该研究基于网络平台,对来自全国(不包含西藏自治区和港、澳、台地区)的30个省(自治区、直辖市)医疗机构药学人员进行问卷调查。调查内容包括:医疗机构中药人才培训现状、医疗机构中药人才培养难题和对未来十年中药人才需求预测三大板块。结果:该研究回收17 293份问卷,有效问卷15 589份,有效回收率90.15%。结果显示,医疗机构对中药人才需求量大、层次分明、结构多样化。其中,在中药人才培养现状方面,成本投入倾向于发展中药临床药学(57.19%),培训形式以自己组织,内部与外部培训相结合为主(74.08%);在培养难题方面,中药项目资助金额少(75.50%)和中药人才准入标准高(73.13%)制约了人才培养的整体规划和个体发展;在需求预测方面,增加高级职称和硕士学历1~5人的需求较高,人才类型以中药临床药师为主(68.89%)。结论:建议因地制宜,面向需求开展中药人才培养工作。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current demand for professionals at medical institutions of different domestic provinces or cities so as to provide scientific rationales for strengthening the relevance of professional training.METHODS Based upon the network platform, the subjects came from 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities (excluding Tibet Autonomous Region, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan). The survey included three parts:current status of TCM talent training at medical institutions, existing problems of TCM talent training and 10-year demand forecast for TCM talents.RESULTS A total of 17 293 people were respondents with 15 589 valid questionnaires and an effective rate of 90.15%. The demand for TCM talents at medical institutions was large, well-structured and diversified. Regarding current situation of cultivation, investment targeted clinical pharmacy of TCM (57.19%), the form of training was self-organized and mostly coupled with internal and external training (74.08%). As for the challenge for TCM talent-training, low funding of TCM projects (75.50%) and high admission standard of TCM talents (73.13%) restricted the overall planning and individual development of talent cultivation; regarding demand forecast, there was a high demand for 1-5 talents with senior titles and master's degrees, the talent types were predominantly clinical pharmacy of TCM (68.89%).CONCLUSION Training of TCM talents should be tailored to actual demands of each particular region.
