节点信息化精准管控在手术患者转运交接中的应用效果

目的 探讨利用个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)进行节点信息化精准管控在手术患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法 采用历史对照研究,将2019年1-6月收治的11 219例手术患者作为对照组,将2019年7-12月收治的11 931例手术患者作为观察组,对照组采用纸质版转运交接单进行患者转运交接,观察组采用PDA行节点信息化精准管控方式进行患者转运交接。比较2组患者转运交接单填写规范率、转运交接类不良事件发生率、手术患者转运交接单准备时间。结果 观察组转运交接单填写规范率明显高于对照组(χ²=193.574,P<0.001);转运过程中不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(χ²=216.736,P<0.001);手术患者转运交接单准备时间明显短于对照组(t=457.923,P<0.001)。结论 运用PDA行节点信息化管控,能有效提升手术患者转运交接单书写规范率,降低转运过程中不良事件的发生率,缩短转运交接准备时间,有效提高交接效率,保证患者安全。

Carrying out node informationized precise management and control in the transfer and handover of surgical patients using PDA

Objective To explore the application effect of personal digital assistant (PDA) -based node informationalized accurate management and control in the transfer and handover of surgical patients. Methods Totally 11 219 patients treated in the first half of 2019 were selected into the control group, while 11 931 admitted in the following six months were chosen into the observation group. For the control group, the paper transfer sheet was used in their transfer and handover management and control, while for the observation group, the node informationalized accurate management and control using PDA was implemented. Then the two groups were compared in the standardization rate of writing the transfer sheet, the incidence of adverse events and the time for preparing the transfer sheet. Results The writing standardization rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ²=193.574, P＜0.001). The incidence of adverse events during the transfer process was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ²=216.736, P＜0.001), and the time of preparing the sheet was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=457.923, P<0.001). Conclusion The use of PDA for node informationalized accurate management and control can effectively improve the standardized rate of writing the transfer and handover sheet, reduce the incidence of adverse events in the transfer process and shorten the time of preparing for the sheet, ensuring the safety of patients.
