麻醉前VR结合放松训练对行椎间孔镜手术腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)结合放松训练在腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜手术患者麻醉前护理中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年4月-2020年4月接受椎间孔镜手术治疗的98例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例,对照组麻醉前实施放松训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施VR,比较2组干预前、后血流动力学变化,遵医行为及不良反应的发生情况。结果 干预后,观察组心率、心脏指数及平均动脉压均好于对照组(t=3.213,P=0.002;t=3.053,P=0.003;t=2.404,P=0.018);观察组遵医行为优于对照组(Z=-2.661,P=0.008)。结论 椎间孔镜手术麻醉前实施VR结合放松训练,能有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者血流动力学状况,提高其遵医行为,且具有较高安全性,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of virtual reality (VR) combined with relaxation training in preanesthesia nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation and undergoing intervertebral foramen. Methods A total of 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent intervertebral foramenectomy between April 2018 and 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation groups, each of 49, according to a random number table. Both groups performed relaxation training before anesthesia, while the observation group was additionally intervened with VR. The hemodynamics, compliance and adverse reaction before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the heart rate (HR), cardiac index (CI), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and the compliance rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(t=3.213,P=0.002;t=3.053,P=0.003;t=2.404,P=0.018; Z=-2.661,P=0.008). Conclusion VR combined with relaxation training before anesthesia for intervertebral foramen operation,can effectively improve the hemodynamic status and compliance of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Such practice is of high safety and worthy of promoting.
