| 摘 要： | 磁共振动脉自旋标记技术是一种无创、定量、无需使用外源性对比剂的灌注评估手段,目前已被应用于肾脏灌注评估中。本文简要介绍这一技术的原理,并总结其在健康人、急性肾损伤、慢性肾脏病、肾血管疾病、肾肿瘤、肾移植等方面的应用。

| Abstract: | Arterial spin labeling is a noninvasive,quantitative method for perfusion imaging,which does not need any contrast media.This technique has been used in the renal perfusion analysis.In this article,we briefly introduced this technique and summarized its application in healthy volunteers,acute kidney injury,chronic kidney diseases,renovascular diseases,renal tumors,and renal transplantation. |
