中医护理工作项目难度系数的构建

目的 建立一个适合评价中医护理工作项目难度系数的评价体系。方法 通过回顾文献、问卷调查及专家论证会,确定适合难度评价的中医护理工作项目及操作难度指标,并选取17 名专家进行2轮德尔菲法函询。通过加权线性和法确定中医护理工作项目的难度系数值。结果 最终确定46 项中医护理工作项目及其技术的难度系数。结论 中医护理工作项目难度系数的构建,使中医护理工作项目难度得到量化评估,为进一步合理实施人力资源配置提供依据,对中医护理工作具有指导意义。

Establishment of difficulty coefficients for traditional Chinese medicine nursing items

Objective To establish the difficulty coefficients of traditional Chinese medicine nursing items. Methods After literature review, questionnaire survey and experts meeting, the nursing work items and the difficulty indicators of traditional Chinese medicine nursing were selected. The weight of difficulty indicators was determined using the analytic hierarchy process. Seventeen experts were selected for 2 rounds of Delphi letter consultation. The coefficients of difficulty were determined using the weighted linear method. Results Finally, 46 items and their difficulty coefficients were decided. Conclusion This study defines 46 difficulty coefficients of traditional Chinese medicine nursing work items, which can be used to quantify the difficulty of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and benefit the reasonable collocation of nursing staff.
