静脉麻醉无痛人流术的手术室护理体会

目的:探讨分析静脉麻醉下实施无痛人流术的手术室护理方法.方法:对我科于2012年10月至2012年12月收治的141例无病人流术患者采用手术室心理干预,包括认知、情绪、行为干预等.通过对此141例静脉麻醉无痛人流术患者手术室的护理情况进行分析整理,观察其临床表现,分析手术室护理心理干预方法的效果.结果:全部患者在进行静脉麻醉无痛人流手术及护理后,均恢复出院,无一例患者发生并发症,且实施心理护理,降低了患者的恐惧程度,改善了患者生理、心理不适.结论:静脉麻醉无痛人流手术时,进行有效的手术室护理,可明显提高患者的康复率及有效预防并发症,且心理护理可以有效减轻患者的心理压力,提高手术质量,减少手术并发症.

Nursing care during intravenous anesthesia in painless artificial abortion

Objectives： To investigate and analyze the methods of nursing care during the intravenous anesthesia in painless induced abortion. Method： 141 patients enrolled in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2012 received psychological in- terventions, including cognitive, emotional and behavior intervention measures. During the intravenous anesthesia in painless in- duced abortion, we observed clinical behavior of these 141 patients and analyzed the effects of those interventions. Results： All patients recovered after abortion and nursing care. No complications were observed. Psychological interventions effectively re- duced fear, physical and psychological discomforts. Conclusion： Nursing care during intravenous anesthesia in painless induced abortion may improve the recovery rate, and prevem the occurrence of complications. Psychological care may relieve the uncom- fortable feelings of physical and psychological situation.
