去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效

目的:探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效.方法:选择60例青春期功能性子宫出血患者,随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组予以去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)治疗,对照组予以戊酸雌二醇(补佳乐)治疗,观察两组患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间、治疗有效率及不良反应发生率.结果:实验组控制出血时间、完全止血时间少于对照组(P＜0.05),实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(x2=4.63,P＜0.05),且不良反应发生率低于对照组(x2=5.45,P＜0.05).结论:使用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期功能性子宫出血较戊酸雌二醇治疗具有止血时间短、治疗有效率高、不良反应少等优点.

Clinical efficacy of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objectives： To explore the clinic efficacy of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets （Marvelon） on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding （ADUB）. Method： 60 ADUB patients were randomly divided into the experimental group （treated by Marvelon） and the control group （ treated by estradiol valerate）. The control bleeding time and completely hemostatic time pre - and post - therapy of the two groups were observed, and so were clinic effective rate and occurrence rate of side effect. Results： The control bleeding time and completely hemostatic time of the experimental group were signifieandy shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（x2 = 4. 63, P 〈0. 05 ）. The incidence rate of side effect of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group during treatment （X2 = 5.45, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Treating patients with ADUB by Marvelon shows short bleeding time, high curative effective rate and low incidence rate of side effect.
