太渊穴自发红外辐射与肺功能的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨太渊穴自发红外辐射与肺功能的相关性。方法用PHE201型体表红外光谱仪对104名志愿者的太渊、大陵及非穴位对照点的自发红外辐射进行检测,分析其与肺功能的相关性。结果在穴位和非穴位对照点共6个检测部位中,有4个检测部位在某些波长的自发红外辐射强度与第1秒呼气容积(FEV1)和最大通气量(MVV)有相关关系(r=0.197~0.334,P<0.05或P<0.01),其中左太渊穴自发红外辐射与肺功能有相关关系的波长数明显多于其他检测部位(P<0.01)。结论太渊穴自发红外辐射与肺通气功能有明显的相关性,能灵敏地反映肺通气功能的变化。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between spontaneous infrared radiation of Taiyuan (LU9) and pulmonary function.Methods PHE 201 infrared spectrometer was used to detected spontaneous infrared radiation of LU9,Daling (PC7) and control points (no-acupoint) in 104 volunteers.The relationship between spontaneous infrared radiation of LU9 and pulmonary function was analyzed.Results There was correlation between forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV_1),maximal ventilatory volume (MVV) and spontaneous infrared radiation intensity at certain wavelength on 4 out of 6 detected locations (r=0.197-0.334,P<0.05 or P<0.01).The amount of wavelength at which pulmonary function was relevant to spontaneous infrared radiation of left LU9 was more than that on other detected locations (P<0.01).Conclusion WTBZ]There is obvious correlation between pulmonary function and spontaneous infrared radiation of LU9,which can reflect pulmonary function sensitively.
