| 摘 要： | 目的:了解肥胖型糖耐量减低(IGT)患者微量白蛋白尿与高胰岛素血症的关系.方法:将肥胖型IGT(体重指数＞25)患者分为微量白蛋白尿(MAU)组和正常白蛋白尿(NAU)组.放射免疫分析法测定其空腹胰岛素和C肽值,OGTT试验测定餐后2 h血糖,DSS糖化血红蛋白仪测糖化血红蛋白.结果:MAU组的空腹胰岛素、空腹C肽、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白显著高于NAU组(P＜0.01).结论:糖耐量减低且肥胖患者微量白蛋白尿存在与高胰岛素血症和糖代谢异常有一定的关系.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between microalbuminuria and hyperinsulinism in patients with high weight and impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:The patients with impaired glucose tolerance and high weight(BMI>25) were divided into two groups:normal albuminuria(NAU) group(Alb/Cr<2.5) and microalbumin uria group(MAU).The fasting insulin,C peptide,the blood sugar two hours after oral glucose load and the level of HbA1c were measured.Results:The level of the fasting insulin,C peptide,the blood sugar two hours after ora glucose load and HbA1c in MAU group was higher than that in NAU group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Microalbuminuriae in the patients with impaired glucose tolerance and high weight is correlated with hyperinsulinemia and glycometabolism. |
