脊柱脊髓损伤的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的提高MRI对脊柱脊髓损伤诊断重要性的认识。方法回顾分析50例脊柱脊髓损伤的MRI表现。结果粉碎骨折(4例)、压缩骨折(40例)、骨折脱位(3例)、椎间盘损伤(29例)、附件骨折(3例)、韧带断裂(1例)、脊髓受压变形(12例),脊髓信号异常(21例)。结论MRI在显示脊柱序列、脱位、骨折片突向椎管压迫脊髓以及脊柱骨折与脊髓损伤的相关性方面优于CT和X线平片。

Abstract:Objective To make a better recognization on the diagnosis of MRI imaging of spinal and spinal cord injuries. Methods 50 cases with spinal and spinal cord injuries were studied with 0. 38T magnet. Results Burst fractures(4 cases),compression fractures (40 cases),ligament injury (1 case),spinal cord imaging abnormalities (21 cases),spinal compressions (12 cases),appendix fractures (3 cases) and disc intervertebral injuries (29 cases) were diagnosed by MRI imaging. Conclusion MRI can clearly delineate a spectrum of spinal and spinal cord injuries, including the spinal line ,dislocation ,spinal cord compression by fractured spine and the correlation of spinal fracture and spinal cord injury. It is superior to X-ray plain film and CT in diagnosis.
