| 摘 要： | 在精神科病案复印管理工作中,稍不留意会出现患者隐私泄露或者相关权利受侵害的情况,如何在实际工作中合理的运用法律法规来照顾和保护弱势群体的权利和隐私,是病案管理工作的重要课题。文章针对精神科病人在复印病案中面临的困境进行研究和探讨,以更好的完善病案复印管理工作,使病案信息更好的为社会服务。

| Abstract: | Patient privacy was leaked and rights were damaged,which often occurred during management of copying medical records.This present article was to explore how to reasonably protect the rights and privacy of vulnerable groups using laws and regulations in actual work in order to better manage the medical records copying,and make medical records information to better serve for the society. |
