| 摘 要： | 目的建立利胆排石合剂中有效成分大黄素的含量测定方法.方法HPLC,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,采用KromasilC18柱(250mm×46mm,5μm,检测波长为254nm.结果大黄素的线性范围为:4.2～42μg?ml-1,平均回收率为99.50%,RSD=0.6%.结论本方法简便、准确,专属性强,适用于该医院制剂的含量测定.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of archin in Lidan Paishi Mixture.METHODS The HPLC method was used,with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphotic acid(85∶15);the Kromasil C_ 18(250mm×46mm,5μm)column was used.The detection wavelength was at 254nm.RESULTS The linear range was 4.2～42μg·ml-1 for emodin,and the average recovery was 99.50%,with RSD=0.6%.CONCLUSION The method was convenient,sensitive and accurate.It was suitable for determination in hospital preparation. |
