| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肛裂疼痛的治疗效果及安全性。方法：将80例患者分为两组，治疗组采用黏膜保护剂太宁栓，对照组选用马应龙麝香痔疮膏。结果：治疗后太宁栓组疼痛、出血、瘙痒、水肿糜烂的减轻程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：太宁栓具有良好的止痛作用，临床效果明显，安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect and safety of Titanoreine for Anal fissure pain.Methods:80 patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with Titanoreine,and the control group was treated with musk hemorrhoids ointment.Results:After treatment, the effect of Titanoreine was better than that of musk hemorrhoids ointment in alleviating pain (P<0.05).Conclusion:Titanoreine shows good therapeutic effect in alleviating pain and high safety. |
