摘    要:目的:为了探讨红外线照射对体内淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。材料与方法:用不同波段地红外线照射环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制带小鼠,以体内PHA刺激的T淋巴细胞转化率和脾指数做为检测指标。结果:红外线照射可显著提高小鼠体内T淋巴细胞吉普车反应,以中波红外线的作用效果最明显 。

Abstract:PurposeTo study the effects of infra red rays onlymphocyte prol iferation in mice. Methods The mice inhibited i nimmunity by CXT are radiated b y IRA, IRB, and IRC. The lymphocyte transformation rate andspleen index was mea sured. Results The results show that mice's rat eof LT after radiated with infr ared rays of three wave bands are significantly increasedin comparison with con trol (P < 0.01). The effects of IRC are more obvious.
