五味子和刺五加对老年大鼠心肌环核苷酸系统的影响

摘    要:用五味子和刺五加分别喂养老年大鼠2个月,五味子显著提高心肌cAMP 含量、cAMP/cGMP比值和腺苷酸环化酶(AC)肾上腺素激活活性较基础活性的 提高率,降低cAMP磷酸二酯酶活性;刺五加显著提高钙调素含量、AC肾上腺素激 活活性及其较基础活性的提高率。提示五味子和刺五加通过环核苷酸系统途径改善 心脏功能。

Abstract:The 22 months old, fats were treated with Sehisandra chineasis or Acanthopsaax sen-ticosus for 2 months. The level of cAMP and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP were markedly elevated in Schisandra chinensis group, compared with that in the control. On the other hand, the activity of cAMP-phosphodiesterase was significantly decreased.In the case of Acanthopanax seajicosus, the level of calmodulin and, the activity of epinephrinestimul-ated adenylate cyelase were markedly elevated. These results suggest Schisandra chinensis and Acanthopanax sentieosus improve cardiac function by way of cyclic nucleotide system.
