枳椇子乙醇提取物抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察枳棋子乙醇提取物对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法♂NIH小鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、阳性对照组(红景天)及枳棋子乙醇提取物低、中、高(50、100、200mg·kg^-1)3个剂量给药组,连续给药14d后,采用负重游泳实验,观察小鼠耐力;小鼠游泳一定时间后采血检测血清尿素氮、血乳酸;取肝脏检测肝糖原。结果小鼠给药14d后,与空白对照组相比,枳棋子乙醇提取物能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,明显降低运动后血清尿素氮水平,显著增加小鼠肝糖原含量,同时具有降低运动后乳酸水平的趋势。结论枳棋子乙醇提取物具有良好的抗疲劳作用,增加糖原储备以及减少运动后尿素氮的蓄积。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the effect of Hovenia Dulcis ThuMb Alcohol extract(HdTe) on the action of antifatigue in mice and explore the possible mechanism. Methods NIH mice were randomly divided into five groups: control group, positive control group ( Rhodiala), the low, middle and high dosage groups (50,100,200mg·kg^- 1 ). After 14 days, the swimming time of loading mice were observed, and the concentration of lactic acid in serum , serum urea nitrogen, hepatic glycogen were measured. Results It was found that the load swimming time of HdTe groups was longer than that of the control group with significant difference. The level of serum urea nitrogen decreased after exercise and hepatic glycogen storage increased . Conclusion The results demonstrate that HdTe is efficient on the action of anti-fatigue. The mechanism may be HdTe's ability to lower or retard the formation of BUN after exercise and increase the storage of energy.
