| 摘 要： | 侵犯右侧心脏的感染性心内膜炎比较少见,作者近5年来遇到6例,占同期亚急性感染性心内膜炎的13.33％。6例皆为先天性心脏病,5倒为室间隔缺损,其中1例并有右室流出道狭窄,另1例为瓦氏窦瘤破入右心室。本文对其临床表现特点及诊断、治疗要点进行探讨,强调了二维超声心动图对本病诊断的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Right-sided infective endocarditis is uncommon. This is a report of 6 cases of right-sided infective endocarditis. They all occured as a complication of congenital heart disease, 4 of them were ventricular septal defects, one was VSD with stenosis of RVOT and the another one was the ruptured aneurysm of sinus of Valsalva. Vegetations were found on the pulmonary valve (2 cases), on the tricuspid valve (2 cases), and on the circumference of VSD in the right ventricle (2 cases). According to our cases with literatures reviewed, the clinical features, the diagnosis and the treatment were discussed. The importance of two dimensions echocardiogram is emphasized for the diagnosis of this disease. |
