| 摘 要： | 目的了解大学新生HBV感染情况,为乙肝的防治提供依据。方法对5届新生HBsAg进行检测,HBsAg阳性者进行乙肝5项的检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果HBsAg阳性率平均为6.98%,且以大三阳和小三阳2种感染模式为主,分别为31.31%和35.65%,占HBV所有感染模式的66.96%。结论该校HBV感染检出率低于全国平均水平。在高校中未感染HBV的同学入学后接种乙肝疫苗是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand HBV infection on freshmen and to provide the preventive basis for Hepatitis B. Method The survey of HBsAg tests was done on freshmen in a certain college from 2005 to 2009.The carriers of HBsAg were given the tests of the five items of hepatitis B. Results HBsAg positive rate is 6.98%,with two main infection types-HBsAg,HBeAg,HBcAb,and HBsAg,HBcAb,HBcAb.
