健康教育对糖尿病足疗效影响的Meta分析

目的:采用Meta分析的方法探讨健康教育对糖尿病足的疗效影响。 方法:检索主要医学数据库以获取相关文献,按一定纳入和排除标准筛选文献,共纳入9篇随机对照试验研究文献,采用Review Manager V 5.0软件从自我护理能力、治疗有效率、生活质量、住院时间、空腹血糖值、知识掌握6个方面进行Meta分析。 结果:健康教育组与对照组在自我护理能力、生活质量、住院时间、空腹血糖值、知识掌握方面之间的差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01),而在治疗有效率方面之间的差异无显著性意义。 结论:目前医护人员在常规治疗以外针对糖尿病足患者及其家属进行的健康教育,在一定程度上改善了患者的治疗效果。但由于诸多因素,健康教育的效果并不理想,应对糖尿病足的健康教育作进一步研究和探讨。

Influence of health education on therapeutic outcomes of diabetic foot: a Meta-analysis

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To evaluate whether health education has remarkable influence on the therapy effectiveness of diabetic foot. Methods: Correlative literature was retrieved from main medical database. A total of nine studies of randomized controlled trial were brought into this research according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was used in six aspects including the numbers of self-care ability, efficiency of treatment, quality of life, hospital stays, fasting blood glucose and mastery of knowledge. Results: It showed significant differences in these aspects except for efficiency of treatment. Conclusion: The health education is good for diabetic foot and their relatives to a certain extent. It is necessary to do further studies on the health education for improvement.
