不同p53基因表达的非小细胞肺癌男性患者社会支持与生存质量的相关性研究

目的 探讨不同p53基因表达的非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)男性患者社会支持与生存质量的现状,并分析二者间相关性,为提高男性患者生活质量提供理论依据.方法 应用社会支持评定量表(the multidimensional scale of perceived social support-simplified Chinese versions,MSPSS-SCV)和肺癌生命质量测定量表(quality of life instruments for cancer patients-lung,QLICP-LU),对锦州医科大学附属第三医院肿瘤门诊、肿瘤科和胸外科病房共89例NSCLC男性患者进行随访调查.结果 不同p53基因表达的NSCLC男性患者在MSPSS-SCV的3个维度中得分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);不同p53基因表达在QLICP-LU的得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).家庭支持与生存质量量表(除共性与副作用、特异性模块转外)均呈正相关(r=0.292～0.502,P＜ 0.01),朋友支持与生存质量量表(除特异性模块转外)均呈正相关(r=0.245～0.539,P＜0.05),其他支持与生存质量量表(除共性与副作用、特异性模块转外)均呈正相关(r=0.264～0.569,P＜0.05),社会支持总分与生存质量量表(除共性与副作用、特异性模块转外)均呈正相关(r=0.314～0.463,P＜0.01).多元回归显示生存质量得分的影响因素为不同p53基因表达、朋友支持、其他支持、分化程度、临床分期.结论 给予不同p53基因表达的NSCLC男性患者更多的社会支持可提高其生活质量.

Research on the correlation between social support and quality of life of male patients with non-small cell lung cancer with different p53 expression

Objectives To investigate the correlation between society support and the quality of life of male patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with different p53 expression.Methods A survey was carried out among 89 NSCLC male patients with the multidimensional scale of perceived social support-simplified Chinese versions (MSPSS-SCV) and quality of life instruments for cancer patients-lung (QLICP-LU) in Tumor clinic,oncology ward and thoracic surgery ward of our hospital.Results The scores of three dimensions of MSPSS-SCV of different p53 expression in NSCLC male patients were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).The scores of QLICP-LU in patients with different p53 expression were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Family support had positive correlation with each dimension (except commonness and side effects,specific conversion module) of quality of life (r =0.292～0.502,P ＜ 0.01);friends support had positive correlation with each dimension (except specific conversion module) of quality of life (r =0.245～0.539,P ＜ 0.05);other support had positive correlation with each dimension (except commonness and side effects,specific conversion module) of quality of life (r =0.264～0.569,P ＜ 0.05);total score of social support and quality of life scale were positively correlated (r =0.314～0.463,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion More social support to male NSCLC patients with different p53 expression can improve their life quality.
