对痔疮手术患者开展健康教育课堂的效果观察

目的：探讨健康教育课堂在痔疮手术患者中应用的效果。方法：选择2008年6～10月在我科住院的痔疮手术患者200例作为实验组，采用健康教育课堂进行教育健康；2008年1～5月在我科住院的痔疮手术患者198例作为对照组，沿用病区传统的教育健康方法。两组均在术后1周进行问卷调查和比较手术后并发症的发生率。结果：实验组相关知识掌握率、健康教育达标率、对护理服务满意率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对痔疮手术患者开展健康教育课堂，患者相关知识掌握率、健康教育达标率、对护理服务满意率明显提高，术后并发症明显降低；同时，护理人员的专科知识水平和健康教育水平得到提高，健康教育课堂是一种值得推广的健康教育方式。

Effective observation carrying out health education to operated patients of hemorrhoids
