| 摘 要： | 目的观察头皮针结合体针治疗脑梗死后复视的临床疗效。方法将脑梗死后复视患者70例随机分为2组。对照组35例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用头皮针结合体针治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.1%,痊愈率为51.4%;对照组总有效率65.7%,痊愈率28.4%。2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论头皮针结合体针治疗脑梗死后复视疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture treatment on cerebral infarction ambiopia. Methods 70 patients with cerebral infarction ambiopia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=35) were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group (n=35) were treated by combination of routine therapy and acupuncture treatment. The therapeutic course was two weeks in both groups. Results The total effective rate and cure rate in treatment group (97.1%, 51.4%) were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment has satisfied effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction ambiopia. |
