鱼体肝吸虫囊蚴对芥辣的耐受研究

摘    要:目的建立肝吸虫感染的宿主动物模型,并评价青芥辣杀伤囊蚴的效果。方法解剖人工感染的鲤鱼,检查鲤鱼肝吸虫囊蚴感染情况,同时将调味品青芥辣配制成1g/ml、2g/ml和3g/ml浓度,采用自然浸杀法浸泡囊蚴。结果共剖杀10尾感染后鲤鱼,9尾查获肝吸虫囊蚴,感染率为90%。1g/ml,2g/ml和3g/ml的芥辣浓度组作用30see内均未见囊内蚴体发生变化;作用10min时2g/ml,3g/ml浓度组囊蚴发生变形;作用30min时三种浓度组囊蚴均发生变形,其中3g/ml浓度组处理的蚴体萎缩成不透光残体。结论调味品青芥辣对鱼体内的肝吸虫囊蚴有抑制和杀死作用,但在短时间内作用较弱。

Abstract:Objective To construct an animal model of Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria infection and to estimate the tolerance of Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria in fish to mustard.Methods The artificial infection fish model was detected to confirm the infected status.The 1g/ml 2g/ml and 3g/ml mustard solution were prepared to treat metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensi in fish by natural immersion method.Results Then fish were detected and 9 fish were found to be infected successfully with an infection rate of 90%.No change was observed after the metacercaria were immersed into the mustard solution with different concentrations in 30 seconds.Deformation was observed in the the mustard solution of 2g/ml and 3g/ml in 10 minutes and 100% of metacercaria were deactivated in 30 minutes Conclusion The mustard possesses significant deactivating effect on the metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis.
