临床路径模式在股骨近端骨折围手术期护理中的应用

目的探讨临床路径模式在老年人股骨近端骨折围术期护理中的重要性及地位。方法 2006年1月—2009年1月将内蒙古医学院附属人民医院收治的240例股骨近端骨折并行手术治疗患者分为观察组（临床路径方式）120例与对照组（传统护理方式）120例。对术前1天、术后1、2和3周髋关节进行功能评分（Harris评分）、住院期间护理工作满意度、术后发生手术并发症例数等进行统计学分析。结果两组病例手术治疗后患者髋关节功能评分、对护理工作满意度、术后发生手术并发症例数等方面比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论路径护理模式的建立及实施对股骨近端骨折手术后患髋关节功能的恢复、患者对护理工作满意度、降低手术并发症的发生率等均具有重要的临床意义。

Application of the Clinical Pathway in Perioperative Nursing for Femoral Proximal Fracture

[Objective]To study the importance and position of the clinical pathway in perioperative nursing for elderly patients with femoral proximal fracture.[Methods]240 patients with femoral proximal fracture treated by surgery in the Affiliated People＇s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College from January 2006 to January 2008 were divided into the observation group （clinical pathway, 120 cases） and the control group （traditional nursing, 120 cases）. Harris score was carried out at 1 day before operation, 1, 2 and 3 week after operation. The satisfaction for nursing during the hospitalization period and number of postoperative complications were analyzed statistically.[Results]There were significant differences in Harris score, satisfaction for nursing and number of postoperative complications between two groups （P0.05）.[Conclusion]The establishment and implementation of clinical pathway nursing has an important clinical significance on functional recovery of hip joint after surgery for femoral proximal fracture, patients＇ satisfaction for nursing and decreasing the incidence postoperative complications.
