| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨贝那普利不良反应发生的特点及规律。方法:采用《中国医院知识仓库》进行检索并查阅原始文献,对1998～2005年国内医药期刊报道的贝那普利所致不良反应进行统计、分析。结果:贝那普利所致不良反应主要表现为咳嗽、皮肤过敏反应等,其与体内缓激肽的聚集有关。结论:临床医师、药师应重视贝那普利所致的不良反应,以确保用药合理、安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss the manifestation characteristics and regularities of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by benazepril.METHODS:36 ADR cases induced by benazepril reported in domestic pharmaceutical journals between 1998 and 2005 were retrieved from CHKD and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The ADR induced by benazepril was associated with the aggregation of bradykinin in vivo.CONCLUSION:Clinicians and pharmacists should pay attention to ADR induced by benazepril to ensure rational,safe and effective use of this drug. |
