北京市西城区中小学生意外伤害现况调查

目的：了解中小学生意外伤害发生情况、中小学生及家长对意外伤害相关知识的认知程度，研究导致意外伤害的主要原因，为开展中小学生意外伤害预防提供科学的依据。方法：采用两阶段分层整群抽样对学生及家长进行问卷调查。结果：意外伤害发生一次发生率为12．6％，11岁儿童发生率最高为18．0％，5～6岁发生率最低为0．0％；男性儿童发生率为14．1％，女性为11．0％，在统计学上差异无统计学意义。97．7％和95．4％的家长听说过意外伤害和认为意外伤害是导致14岁以下儿童死亡伤亡的主要原因。家长、学生对安全知识的认知均存在不同程度的不足。结论：多数中小学生及家长均需要进行有关安全知识的培训．减少中小学生意外伤害需要全社会的共同参与。

INVESTIGATION FOR ACCIDENTAL INJURY OF PRIMARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN XICHENG DISTRICT OF BEIJING CITY

Objective:To investigate accidental harm or/?and injury of primary and middle school students and awareness of their parents,study the major causes leading to the accidental harm or/?and injury,and to provide scientific and objective data for the accidences.Methods:Questionnaire interviews in two phases were conducted among the targeted audience.Results:The occurrence of accidental harm or/?and injury among the targeted audience was 12.6%.Of all students,primary and middle school students of 11 years old had highest occurrence.The kids with ages ranging from 5 to 6 had lowest occurrence of 0.0%.The occurrence for male children was 14.1% while female was 11.0%.There was no significant different in statistical analysis.97.7% and 95.4% parents had learned that accidental harm or/?and injury was major cause of death among children under 14. Parents and students had difference awareness of safety knowledge.Conclusion:Substantially all parents of primary and middle school students should take training on safety knowledge.Social communities are needed to involve to reduce accidental harm or/?and injury of primary and middle school students.
