钙化型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断与手术治疗

目的 探讨钙化性腰椎间盘突出症的诊断与手术治疗。方法 1996年8月－2000年8月，对18例钙化性腰椎间盘突出症进行了诊断与手术治疗。结果 术后对病人进行了1－4年的随访，术前腰痛、下肢痛及间歇性跋行均缓解，明显改善了工作和生活质量，手术优良率为94.4%。结论 钙化性腰椎间盘突出症是腰椎间盘突出症的一种特殊类型。CT扫描是诊断该类疾病安全而可靠的辅助检查，手术时应选择合适的术式，并有一定的技巧。

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc Methods 15 cases of calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated from 1996.8 to 2000.8.The diagnosis of calcified type of the lesion was confirmed by CT scan.The calcified portion of the lesion was removed with osteotomes.Results The followed up period was from 1 to 4 years after operation.The symptoms of lumbar pain,lower limb pain and intermittent claudication of 18 cases were relieved.Their quality of life and work were improved remarkably and the rate of excellent and good results were 94 4%.Conclusion The calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc is a particular type of lumbar disc protrusion.CT scan is a safe and reliable way of diagnosis.The treatment method requires some dexterity of the operators.
