拆方研究补中益气汤中黄芪 甘草及全方的免疫调节作用

目的　检测补中益气汤中黄芪、甘草及全方对病态机体的免疫调节作用。方法　分 7组检测全方中黄芪、甘草及全方缺黄芪、缺甘草组方对利血平制备的脾虚小鼠的 5项非特异性免疫功能的影响进行研究。结果　黄芪能使Hb明显升高 ,单味甘草对某些免疫功能不起作用甚至起抑制作用 ,缺甘草组方作用低于全方 ,全方能明显提高机体免疫功能。结论　黄芪是方中主要升高Hb药物 ;方中甘草起到特殊的调节作用。

Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Its Ingredients Radix Astragali and adix Glycyrrhizae :A Study of Their Effects on Immunoregulation

Objective\ To explore the immunoregulative effects of Radix Astragali and Radix Glycyrrhizae as ingredients in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction (Decoction for Reinforcing the Middle Energizer and Replenishing Vital Energy) , a Chinese patent medication and this medication as a whole. Methods\ A test was made on the mice of reserpine induced spleen deficiency so as to study the selected five unspecific immune indices by administering Radix Astragali and Radix Glycyrrhizae in the decoction, the whole recipe decoction and the modified recipe decoctions without Radix Astragali or Radix Glycyrrhizae, respectively, in seven groups of the reserpine prepared mice. Results\ The whole recipe could restore immunological functions, Radix Astragali alone could enhance the Hb, and Radix Glycyrrhizae itself was found to exert no or even inhibitory effect on certain immunolgical functions. Conclusion\ Radix Astragali is the main ingredient in the decoction that elevates Hb values and Radix Glycyrrhizae in the whole recipe decoction plays a unique regulatory role.
