乙酰胆碱和幽门螺杆菌与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡的关系

本文对76例慢性胃炎(CG)和消化性溃疡(PU)患者测定全血和胃液乙酰胆碱(Ach),并检测胃窦部幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染指标,同时测定18例健康对照组全血Ach.结果:Ach在CG、PU及对照组间、不同胃炎程度间、活动性与非活动性胃炎间、以及Hp阳性与阴性间均无差异;Hp阳性率在PU患者高于CG、活动性高于非活动性胃炎、并随胃炎程度加重而增高;清除Hp后PU愈合、胃炎改善.提示Hp感染是CG和PU的病因之一,胆碱能神经功能紊乱可能不是其主要病因.

The relationship of acetylcholine and helicobactor pylori to chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer

Acetylcholine (Ach) contents of whole blood and gastric juice,as well as helicobacter pylori (Hp) from antrum,were determined in 76 patients with chronic gstritis (CG)and peptic ulcer(PU). Ach levels of whole blood of 18 healthy controls were also examined. The results showed that Ach contents had difference nor among CG,PU patients and controls,nor among each degree of gastric inflammation,nor be-tweetn active and non-active gastritis patients,nor between Hp positive and negative patients. The Hp positive rale was higher in PU than in CG patients, higher in active gastritis than in non-active gastritis patients , and increased with the gastric inflammation exacerbated. PU healed and gastritic inflammation improved with the eradication of Hp. It is suggested that Hp infection is one of agents in the pathogenesis of CG and PU, and that the disturbance of the cholinergic nerves function seems not to be involved in the pathogenesis of these two diseases.
