海洛因依赖合并肺结核与艾滋病双重感染临床病例分析

目的 :了解海洛因依赖合并肺结核与艾滋病双重感染情况。方法 :将 36 16例海洛因依赖者资料中 6 8例合并肺结核与 35例合并HIV AIDS患者进行临床分析。结果 :6 8例海洛因依赖合并肺结核同时检出HIV阳性者 2 6例 ,占海洛因依赖者 0 .72 % ,明显高于不合并肺结核者的HIV阳性率 (0 .2 5 % )。结论 :海洛因依赖合并肺结核者中HIV阳性率较高 ,滥用毒品所致免疫功能变化与肺结核、艾滋病的发生有密切关系

Clinical analysis of heroin addicts with dual infection of pulmonary tuberculosis and HIV

Objective: To understand the status of heroin addicts with dual infection of pulmonary tuberculosis and HIV. Methods: Among 3616 heroin addicts, 68 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis and 35 cases with HIV infection were analyzed. Results: Among 68 heroin addicts with pulmonary tuberculosis, 26 cases were found HIV positive. The HIV positive rate was 0.72% (26/3616), obviously higher than that (0.25%) of heroin addicts not infected with pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion: Heroin addicts with pulmonary tuberculosis are more likely to be infected with HIV. Abusing heroin results in immunity function change, which may closely related with the occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis and HIV.
