| 摘 要： | 目的：建立新鞣酸软膏的制备工艺和简便准确的测量鞣酸软膏中鞣酸含量的方法,更好的控制该制剂的质量。方法：利用溶媒转溶法并加入抗氧剂;采用紫外分光光度法在276nm波长处对鞣酸含量进行测定。结果：鞣酸在0.005～0.050mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9995）,平均回收率为99.43%,RSD为1.08%（n=5）。结论：该制剂制备工艺简便、稳定、可行,且质量控制方法简单、准确。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish process for the preparation of new tannic acid ointment and a simple,accurate method for determinate the contents of new tannic in Tannic Acid Ointment.Methods：Used solvent conversion solution method and add antioxidant,the contents was asssyed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The detection wavelength was 276 nm.Results：The linear ranges of tannic acid was at 0.005-0.050 mg/ml（r=0.9995）,the average recovery was 99.43% with a RSD of 1.08%.Conclusions：The preparation process of Tannic Acid Ointment is stable and feasibie,this method is reliable,simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of tannic in New Tannic Acid Ointment. |
