旋光法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中葡萄糖含量

摘    要:目的用旋光法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中葡萄糖含量。方法直接取样测定甲磺酸培氟沙星葡萄糖注射液的旋光度,计算葡萄糖含量。结果葡萄糖质量浓度在0.03~0.07g/mL范围内与旋光度线性关系良好,线性回归方程Y=47.473X+0.0246,r=0.9998(n=5);平均回收率为100.28%,RSD为0.51%(n=9)。结论旋光法简便、准确、可靠,可用于甲磺酸培氟沙星葡萄糖注射液的质量控制。

Abstract:Objectlve To determine the content of glucose in Pefloxacin Mesylate and Glucose Injection by polarimetry. Methods To directly determine the optical rotatory degree of Pefloxacin Mesylate and Glucose Injection and to calculate the content of glucose. Results With the concentration of glucose ranged from 0. 03 - 0. 07g/mL, the linear regression equation was Y= 47. 473 X + 0. 024 6, r = 0. 999 8 ( n = 5). The average recovery rate of glucose was 100. 28%, RSD was 0. 51% (n =9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be useful to the quality control of Pefloxacin Mesylate and Glucose Injection.
