二仙颗粒治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察及对细胞因子的影响

目的观察二仙颗粒治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的疗效其及对患者前列腺液中细胞因子(IL-2I、L-6I、L-8)的影响。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例用二仙颗粒,对照组用前列康片。治疗15周后对比观察两组疗效以及治疗前后前列腺液IL-2I、L-6、IL-8的水平变化,并和正常对照组比较。结果治疗组临床治愈率55.0%,总有效率为85.0%,优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-2I、L-6I、L-8较治疗前降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二仙颗粒对慢性前列腺炎治疗作用显著,可能通过降低前列腺液中IL-2I、L-6I、L-8的水平而起作用。

The curative effect of ERXIAN granule on chronic prostatitis and the effect on cytokine

Objective To observe the curative effect of ERXIAN granule on chronic prostatitisand the effect on cytokines in the prostatic fluid, such as interleukin-2 （ IL-2 ）, interleukin-6 （ IL-6 ） and interleukin-8 （IL-8）. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each. ERXIAN granule was applied in treatment group, QIANLIE KANG tables was taken by the contrast group. The curative effect and the changing of IL-2 ,IL-6 and IL-8 were observed and compared in two groups after 15 weeks treatment. Results The clinic healing rate of treatment group was 55% and the total effective rate was 85% , there was statistical significance compared with the contrast group（ P〈0.05） . The expression of IL-2 ,IL-6 and IL-8 were decreased after treatment, the effect of treatment group was better than that of the contrast group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ERXIAN granule may affect the IL-2, IL-6 and IL- 8 level in prostatic fluid then do great help to chronic prostatitis.
