摘    要:目的介绍一种组织芯片的手工制备技术。方法利用改进的穿刺针、盖玻片朔料包装盒及x线废片手工制作组织芯片,进行免疫组织化学和常规HE染色。结果阵列蜡块完整,组织蜡芯排列整齐有序、无移位,组织芯片切片染色效果满意。组织位点的形态可观测率为94.37%。结论手工制备组织芯片方法简单易行、费用低廉;制片质量可媲美进口的组织微阵列仪或组织芯片制作机的制片质量,且易于推广。

Abstract:Objective To introduce a technology of manual manufacturing tissue microarray.Methods The improved needle, coverslip plastic packaging box and X ray film were used to produce hand-made tissue microarray, and then conducted with immunohistochemistry (IHC) and HE staining.Results A complete array of wax, neat and orderly core of tissue microarray were found, without any shift,and with satisfactory staining of tissue microarray sections.Conclusion The method of hand-made preparation of tissue microarray is simple with less cost, and the quality could be matching that of the imported tissue microarray instrument or tissue chip made by machine producer, easy to be spreaded.
