手术室骨科专科护士职业暴露的风险管理与防护

目的探讨手术室骨科专科护士职业暴露的风险管理与防护。方法采集2009年1月-2009年125480例骨科关节置换手术护士职业暴露的例数，进行风险因素评估，制定护理对策，预警干预手术室护士职业暴露的发生。结果通过对480例骨科关节置换手术骨科专科护士职业暴露发生例数分析，其中对照组发生职业暴露22例，职业暴露发生率为8．8％；干预组5例，职业暴露发生率为2．2％，两组间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论通过风险因素评估，干预手术室护士职业暴露的发生，降低手术护士职业暴露发生率。

The risk factors and protection methods of occupational exposure in operating theater nurses

Objective To explore the risk factors and protection methods of occupational exposure in operating theater nurses. Methods The number of surgical nurses with occupational exposure during orthopaedic joint arthroplasty for 480 patients was collected. The risk factors were assessed,prevention measures were made, the occurrence of occupational exposure was intervented beforehand.Results In the control group, occupational exposure occurred in 22 of 480 arthroplasty procedures ( 8.8％ ) but only in 5 ( 2.2％ ) in the intervention group. There was a significant difference in the incidence rate of occupational exposure between the two groups ( P＜ 0.01 ). Conclusions The incidence rate can be lowered by assessing the risk factors of occupational exposure and interventing with the exposure beforehand.
