软腭癌术后缺损一期修复的临床研究

目的:探讨软腭癌切除术后软腭缺损一期修复的方法。方法:本组28例软腭癌切除术后软腭部分或全部缺损,用不同皮瓣一期修复。结果:24例皮瓣成活,2例完全坏死,2例皮瓣远端部分裂开。25例获得较好的外形及功能恢复。结论:根据缺损部位及范围大小采用不同的皮瓣对软腭癌术后缺损行一期修复,获得较好效果。颏下皮瓣具有距离近,供瓣区隐蔽,厚薄适中,血供可靠及操作方便等优点,术后形态恢复较满意,是修复软腭缺损的理想选择。处理好皮瓣鼻腔侧创面是修复成功的关键。

Clinical study of primary repairing after resecting the soft palate carcinoma

Objective:To explore the repair approach for the tissue defects after the soft palate carcinoma resection.Methods: Twenty eight patients with the part or total soft palate defects were repared with the multiple surgery flaps after the soft palate carcinoma resection.Results: Twenty-four of 28 cases with flaps were alive,2 were partly splited at the end of flaps and another 2 cases were necrosis.Conclusion: The multiple surgery flaps were used to repair the soft palate defects according to the varied area and size of defects.Because of its short distance,inconspicuous area,fitting thickness,reliable blood supply,convenient operation and satisfactory reconstruction,the pedicled submental flaps is the ideal choice in repairing the soft palate defects.The successful key point is to well manage the nude side of the flaps near cavity of nose.
