颈椎病的数字化成像诊断

利用数字成像技术对５７例颈椎病患者采取颈椎正、侧、斜及功能位数字化成像点片检查并对显示进行处理。结果 图像全优质，病变显示清晰，图像经处理后可发现微小病变，更有利于诊断。提示：颈椎病的数字化成像诊断，不仅病变显示清晰，明显估于平片，而且在某些方面也优于ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ，是一种新的经济、实用的检查诊断方法。

Digital Spot Imaging Diagnosis of Cervical Spondylosis

Digital spot imaging technology was used to examine and diagnose 57 patients with cervical spondylosis. All patients were subjected to the examination of digital spot film of the cervical vertebrae on the frontal. lateralinclined and functional positions. Then the images were processed. All the images were excellent and the lesions were displayed clearly. The processed images could display microlesions. suggesting that the digital spot imaging diagnosis of cervical spondylosis not only dlsplayed the lesions clearly and was superior to plain fiIm obviously. but also better than CT and MRI in sonle aspects. The digital spot imaging diagnosis is a new, cheaper and practical method for the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.
