| 摘 要： | 目的：建立兔脑垂体注射液中多肽的测定方法。方法：采用总蛋白试剂盒（TP）双缩脲比色法在540nm处测定含量，并做回收率对照试验。结果：平均回收率为97.5%，RSD为1.6%。结论：该方法简便，快速，准确可靠。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To establish a method for the content determination of polypeptide in Tunaochuiti injection. Method: The method of biureomerty and spectrophotometry was used. The detection wavelength was at 540 nm, the averaqe recovery controled experinent was counducted. Result: The mean recovery was 97. 5% (RSD= 1.6%). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and feasible. |
