区域性消毒供应中心构建与实施效果评价

目的:探讨构建区域性消毒供应中心的集中管理方法。方法:对辖区医疗机构复用医疗器械实行集中式管理,对供应室人员进行技术指导,由消毒供应中心统一回收、分类、包装、灭菌、监测、发放。结果:通过提供合格的灭菌物品,使辖区医疗机构的灭菌物品质量得到提高。结论:构建区域性消毒供应中心,实行科学化、规范化、标准化的集中管理模式,可达到人力、设备、场地等资源的共享,提高工作效率,降低医院感染风险。

The construction and implementary effect of Central Sterile Supply Department

Objective： To explore an integrated scientific management model of constructing a Central Sterile Supply Department. Methods： We provided technique instruction to the staff in sterile supply units and managed all the recyclable medical instruments intensively by reclaiming, classification, packaging, sterilization, monitoring and distribution. Results： The quality of the sterilized medical instruments of all the hospitals in the district improved significantly by providing qualified sterilization. Conclusion： Constructing a Central Sterile Supply Department could not only share the resources of manpower, equipment, and space, but also improve the work efficiency and reduce hospital infection by providing scientific, normalized, standardized and integrated management model.
