以问题为基础联合案例教学法在皮肤疾病护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法在皮肤疾病护理教学中的应用价值。方法在临床护理专业专科生的皮肤疾病护理教学中开展以问题为基础的教学实践。在教师三次指导课下"以问题为基础"对教学内容进行给出案例,提出问题,同学阅读教科书和查阅相关参考资料及小组、同学、教师讨论学习,最后进行评估和反馈,并与传统教学法效果进行比较。结果以问题为基础的教学模式效果优于传统教学法。学生对以问题为基础的学习方法表现出了极大的兴趣,可使学生掌握更多有关疾病的知识,充分发挥学生的主体作用,提高了教学效率。结论以问题为基础的教学法有利于调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,提高学生独立思考、综合分析、语言表达和沟通协作能力,受到学生和教师的普遍认可,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of PBL teaching model in the teaching of skin disease nursing.Methods PBL teaching practice was applied in teaching of skin diseases nursing for clinical nursing students.Cases were given to the teaching content on problem-based method under three guidance lessons of the teachers′.Students had to read the textbook and referred to relevant reference materials and discussed in small group,with class mates and teachers.And finally assessment and feedback was given,and the effects of teaching were compared with LBL teaching method.Results The PBL teaching model was better than LBL teaching model.Students show a great deal of interest on PBL learning.Students could acquire more knowledge about the disease,and could play the princi pal role to the full,so the teaching efficiency was improved.Conclusion PBL teaching method helps to motivate students′ enthusiasm and activity,improve students' abilities of independent thinking,analysis,communication and col laboration,and is generally recognized by students and teachers,it is worth promoting.
