社会支持与急诊护士离职意愿的相关性研究

目的：探讨社会支持对急诊护士离职意愿的影响，分析其离职意愿产生的原因。方法：采用整群抽样法，对急诊科82名护士应用一般情况调查表、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）、离职意愿调查表（TIS）进行调查。结果：离职意愿均值为（14．79＋4．19）分，处于较高水平。社会支持总分与离职意愿呈负相关（P〈O．05）；社会支持各维度与离职意愿均呈负相关（P〈O．05），其中对支持的利用度影响最大（B=-0．826）。结论：针对社会支持三维度的薄弱点，增加急诊护士的社会支持，培养其主观感受性，增进对支持的利用，构建有效的社会支持系统，降低急诊护士的离职意愿。

The relationship between social support and turnover intention among emergency nurses

Objectives： To explore the effect of social support on emergency nurses＇ turnover intention, and to analyze the causes of turnover intention. Methods： We recruited 82 emergency nurses by cluster sampling method and investigated them by demographic questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, and Turnover Intention Scale （TIS）. Results： The mean score of TIS was 14.79±4.19, which was in a high level. The scores of total scale and each dimension of social support were negatively correlated to the total score of turnover intention （P〈0.05） The dimension of support unilization had maximum effect to turnover intension （B=-0.826）. Conclusion： We should pay more attention to the weak points of three dimensions of social support by increasing nurses＇ social support from, cultivating their subjective feelings, and improving their support utilization to construct the effective social support system and to reduce nurses＇turnover intention.
