白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α在不同时期胰腺炎的表达和临床意义

目的探讨白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）、白细胞介素-10（interleukin-10,IL-10）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α）在不同时期急性胰腺炎的表达和临床意义。方法选择2010年1月～2011年12月治疗的急性胰腺炎患者75例患者,患者根据病情分为轻症急性胰腺炎40例,重症急性胰腺炎35例,采用ELISA法检测患者血清中IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的表达情况。结果与轻症急性胰腺炎患者血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α比较,重症急性胰腺炎血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α明显增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α随症状的加重而增加。结论血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α可预测急性胰腺炎的患病严重程度。

Expression of IL-6, IL-10, TNF alpha of pancreatitis in different periods and clinical significance

Objective To investigate the IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α in the expression and clinical significance of acute pancreatitis in different periods. Methods 75 patients with acute pancreatitis from January 2010 to December 2011 were divided into 40 cases of mild acute pancreatitis, severe acute pancreatitis in 35 cases; the expression of IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α were detected by ELISA in patients with blood serum. Results Compared with mild acutepancreatitis pa- tients with serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α severe acute pancreatitis in serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α were increased obviously, significant difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, with symptoms aggravate, serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α were increased. Conclusion The serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α can predict disease severity of acute pancreatitis.
