益宫颗粒促进子宫复旧及泌乳的临床分析

目的探讨益宫颗粒促进产后子宫复旧的临床疗效和安全性。方法将2011年10月～2012年6月在北京市回民医院以剖宫产分娩的初产妇116例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组58例,术后两组均常规给予补液抗炎、缩宫剂等治疗,观察组产妇于产后第1天开始服用益宫颗粒,7 d为1个疗程。比较两组产妇平均恶露量、恶露干净天数、子宫底下降高度、B超子宫大小、乳汁分泌量及新生儿呕吐、新生儿皮疹、新生儿黄疸、新生儿腹胀腹泻等情况。结果在平均恶露量、恶露干净天数、子宫底下降高度、B超子宫大小、乳汁分泌量等方面,观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;新生儿在哺乳期间恶心呕吐、皮疹、腹胀腹泻、黄疸指数升高方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论益宫颗粒能明显促进剖宫产术后子宫复旧及产后泌乳,对新生儿无不良影响,具有服用简便、安全性高等特点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis on the uterine involution and milk secretion after treatment of Yigong Particles

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Yigong Particles in the treatment of uterine involution after cesarean section.Methods From October 2011 to June 2012,116 primiparas in Beijing Moslem People＇s Hospital delivery with cesarean section were selected,then they were divided into test group and control group,each included 58 cases.After delivery,conventional treatment were given in both groups,including rehydration anti-inflammatory and oxytocin.Yigong Particles was used from the first day after delivery,7 days was a course of treatment.The average amount of lochia,the days of lochia,the dropped height of uterine bottom,the size of uterine evaluated by ultrasonic,the secretion level of breast milk,and the incidence of newborn vomiting,rash,jaundice,diarrhea,and abdominal dis tension during breast-feeding period were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the average amount and days of lochia in test group reduced significantly,the dropped height of uterine bottom and the secretion level of breast milk in test group increased significantly,and the size of uterine evaluated by ultrasonic in test group decreased signifi cantly,there were statistically significant differences（P 0.05）.However,the incidence of newborn vomiting,rash,jaundice,diarrhea,and abdominal distension were not statistically significant different between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Yigong Particles can help uterine involution after cesarean section and secretion of breast milk,and have no adverse effects on newborns.It is convenient and safe for use,and it is worthy of generalization in clinic.
