丝叶唐松草镇静催眠作用实验研究

摘    要:目的研究丝叶唐松草(Thalictrum foeniculaceum Bunge)的镇静催眠活性,探讨其治疗失眠症的作用机制。方法将丝叶唐松草制成粉末、水提取物和乙醇提取物,分别灌胃给药,观察记录对小鼠自主活动及协同戊巴比妥钠小鼠入睡率、睡眠潜伏期和睡眠时间的影响。结果丝叶唐松草粉末、水提取物、乙醇提取物均显示有一定的镇静催眠作用,其中乙醇提取物使小鼠自主活动次数明显减少(P〈0.05),使阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间明显延长(P〈0.05),但粉末及水提物的作用差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论丝叶唐松草具有一定的镇静催眠作用,但其治疗失眠症的作用机制尚需深入探讨。

Abstract:Objective To investigate Thalictrum foeniculaceum Bunge′s sedative and hypnotic effects,and to explore its mechanism for treating in somnia.Methods Thalictrum foeniculaceum was made into powder,water extract and ethanol extract.The mice were given the powder,ethanol extract and water extract of Thalictrum foeniculaceum Bunge by gavage separately.The autonomic activities of rats were observed.The rate of falling asleep,sleep latency and sleeping time of rats induced by sodium pentobarbital were recorded.Results The powder,water extract and ethanol extract of Thalictrum foeniculaceum Bunge all had certain sedative and hypnotic effects in mice.The ethanol extract of Thalictrum foeniculaceum Bunge caused significant decrease of autonomic action times(P 0.05) and distinctly prolonged pentobarbital sodium-induced sleeping time(P 0.05),while the powder and water extract had no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Thalictrum foeniculaceum Bunge possesses sedative and hypnotic effects in mice.However the mechanism of action to treat primary insomnia still needs more deep discussion.
