| 摘 要： | 测定了４０例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者血脂水平，结果发现，总胆固醇（ＴＣ），甘油三酯（ＴＧ）显著增高，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）显著降低；伴有大血管病变的患者脂代谢紊乱更为显著，且存在高胰岛素血症和明显的胰岛素抵抗，ＴＧ与空腹胰岛素（ＦＩＮＳ）呈明显正相关，ＴＣ，ＴＧ与胰岛素敏感性指数（ＩＳ）呈明显负相关。

| Abstract: | The lipid levels were determined in 40 patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). It was found that the total cholesterol (TO and triglyceride (TG) were obviously increased with the decrease of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). There were very significant dyslipidemia and hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance in NIDDM patients associated with macroangiopathy. TG was positively related to fasting serum insulin (FINS), TC and TG were negatively related to insulin sensitivity (IS). It was suggested that there might be a close relationship among insulin resistance, dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis. |
