摘    要:目的了解护理人员心理压力状况,通过现状分析找出自我调节的措施。方法采用随机抽样方法对石家庄市第三医院418名护理人员进行自填式问卷调查。结果87%的护理人员存在较大压力。压力源为:护理工作方面、人际关系方面、待遇方面、职业方面、环境方面等问题。结论护理人员承受多种工作压力,应采取针对性的心理调压措施消除或减轻压力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate delivery pressure of nursing staff, provide the way of selfadjustment through analysis of status. Methods 418 nursing staff in the third hospital of Shijiazhuang were randomly carried on by selfadministered questionnaire survey. Results 87% nursing staff has delivery pressure. The delivery pressures were from nursing service, interpersonal relationship, salary, occupation and environment. Conclusion Nursing staff endured many delivery pressures. Direct psychological adjust - pressure should be adopted to eliminate pressure.
